System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP)We are Managed and Cloud Services Provider that provides exceptional IT support to small to enterprise size businesses across California, Nevada, and Arizona. We work with a variety of businesses and organizations from Legal, Accounting, Medical, Dental, Manufacturing, Trucking, and nonprofits. We offer services to help our clients be more successful by managing their technology needs. These services include: networking, security, data and email services, as well as hardware and software support in addition to a variety of consultation and preventative maintenance services previously only available to larger organizations.If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy solving the tough technical problems, designing exceptional solutions and have an eye for the details, then we have the position for you!The System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) is a strategic technical position. The System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) position is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of customer's IT systems, coordinating complex projects, and implementing IT solutions.System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) Required Skills and Experience:Windows Server (2008-2022) administration including spin-up, roll-out and management including but not limited to Active Directory, GPOs, Trusts, Print Servers, Application Servers, etc.Build & maintain virtual environments such as Hyper-V, VMware, and AzureNetwork Security – Router/Firewall experience i.e. Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Sophos & Barracuda firewalls & wireless environmentsM365 deployment, migrations, and securityVeeam backupCyber Security experience a major plusAutotask, Datto RMM or similar tools such as ConnectWise, Ninja, Kaseya, etc.Previous MSP experience requiredSystem Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceAnnual BonusesPaid TrainingCertification ReimbursementFrequent Lunch and Learns (lunch provided by us)PTO + Paid Holidays Bowman Williams
