System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) We are a dynamic Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting companies across various industries with personalized technology solutions. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with a team of passionate technologists. As the System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) you will be working with Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Networking Solutions, and Cloud Services like Azure and AWS. The successful System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) candidate will be a natural troubleshooter with the ability to also escalate issues proactively when needed. Previous experience working for a MSP required for this role! System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) Skills & Requirements: Working knowledge of Windows server (2016-2022) Solid Desktop support experience with Windows 11 Solid networking experience with switches, firewalls, and connectivity issues Working knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop and Azure AVD Exposure to image-based backup solutions (Veeam, Unitrends, Datto BDR) Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 Products (Entra ID, Intune, Office Suite) VMWare and MS Hyper-V virtualization experience Experience with ConnectWise highly preferred MSP experience required System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Partial WFH (2 days at home, 3 days onsite) 401(k) with company match Certification Reimbursement Travel Reimbursement 15 Days PTO + Paid Holidays Short and Long Term Disability Bowman Williams
