IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP)This is an opportunity to join a stable Managed Service Provider who puts a major emphasis on maintaining a collaborative company culture with an initiative to provide every employee the resources they need to excel in their career. This is evident in the added benefits provided such as education and certification reimbursement.The IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP) will be responsible for escalations on the helpdesk, assisting with projects such as migrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients when on site.The IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP) will be looked at as the technical expert by clients requiring an advanced technical skill set and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients.IT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP) Responsibilities:Recommending new technologies and solutions to proactively support the clients' environmentTesting and evaluating network systems to eliminate problems and make improvementsRecommending and building systems and efficiencies for end-user and overall client site support both remotely and on-siteProviding escalation support for both Help Desk Technicians and Jr System Administrators, and assist in their training and educationIT System Administrator- Onsite & Remote Support (MSP) Benefits:Salary: $70,000-$90,000Reimbursements for certifications and trainingPTO/Holidays401k + 6% match Bowman Williams
