System Administrator - Managed Services (MSP)

Managed And Cloud Services Team Member Join our growing Managed and Cloud Services team and take on a key role supporting small and mid-sized businesses across a range of technologies. We've been delivering reliable IT solutions for over 20 years—and we're looking for someone who's confident working across cloud, networking, and on-prem infrastructure. This is a hands-on, mid-level role perfect for someone with MSP experience who loves variety in their day-to-day work, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a real impact. What You'll Do: Deliver both remote and onsite IT support for multiple SMB clients Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (Exchange Online, AAD, Intune, VMs, networking) Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Deploy and support firewall and VPN solutions (SonicWall, Meraki, or similar) Lead or assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security initiatives Use RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Kaseya, or Autotask) to track and resolve tickets Collaborate with senior engineers and provide technical guidance to junior staff What We're Looking For: 2+ years of MSP experience supporting multiple client environments Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking Hands-on experience with firewalls and VPNs (SonicWall preferred) Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools and documentation best practices Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure Strong communication skills—you know how to interact with both technical and non-technical users Compensation: $70k – $80k, based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Bi-annual performance-based bonuses Paid certifications and training opportunities Generous PTO and paid holidays Bowman Williams
