System Administrator Tier II (Managed Services)We are a dynamic and innovative IT solutions company dedicated to providing top-notch managed services to our diverse client base. We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator Tier II (Managed Services) to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional IT support and services. We offer full health insurance, certification reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, 4% match on 401(k), PTO, and clear paths for internal promotions!The System Administrator Tier II (Managed Services) should come from a MSP background or have experience supporting multiple domains at once.System Administrator Tier II (Managed Services) Responsibilities:Provide day to day technical support for all users, both onsite and remoteMaintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and OneDriveMaintain Microsoft 365 mailboxes for the company and troubleshoot issues as neededProvide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote usersSetup new desktops and related software for new and existing usersMaintain Cisco Unity VoIP system, including deployment of phones and voicemail setupCreate and maintain user profiles on an AS400 systemMaintain the onsite and offsite NVR and DVR systems using the iVMS-4200 Software suiteMaintain and help users with Crystal Reports and Bar Tender SoftwareAssist users with basic SQL issues and day-to-day supportAssist with FTP and SFTP scripts to troubleshoot EDI and other inventory feedsDeploy software, run updates, and maintain Android and Apple devices used in warehouse managementSystem Administrator Tier II (Managed Services) Benefits:Health Insurance 100% company paidQuarterly BonusesCertification Reimbursement401(k) with 4% matchTravel ReimbursementClear Paths for Internal Growth Bowman Williams
