IT System Administrator - MSP (PARTIAL REMOTE)

Systems Engineer We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of IT solutions for customers. You will handle support tickets, troubleshoot systems, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently are key to this position. Our team works as virtual CIOs and IT departments, helping organizations plan, manage, and optimize their technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely, professional responses to technology support requests Deliver quality support for Microsoft 365, desktop, server, and network systems Clearly communicate technical information to clients and internal management Configure and deploy LAN/WAN topologies, servers, and networks Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support as needed Required Skills and Qualifications: Associate degree in Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in technical customer support Strong troubleshooting skills in systems and networks with 8+ years of experience Expert knowledge of workstation operating systems, applications, networking technologies, and management tools In-depth experience with Windows server and desktop operating systems, email systems, firewalls, and network security Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and VMware Familiarity with products from leading tech providers such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, SonicWall, Datto, and StorageCraft Managed services experience using tools like ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya Salary & Benefits: $75,000- $85,000 Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance PTO + Company Holidays Flexible work schedule working from when not traveling to client sites 401k + Company Match Bowman Williams
