Listen with empathy and identify community resources that fit callers' needs. Provide referrals for services such as housing, food assistance, healthcare, utility assistance, childcare, employment resources, and more. Document interactions and maintain accurate records. We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Comfortable handling sensitive conversations Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Detroit, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
