Overview RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE SENIOR - PBB The opportunity involves direct daily work with clients across client service, operational tasks, and sales consultation. Provide exemplary client service, assist with branch transactions, manage cashiering requests, address inquiries/issues, and analyze client needs for cross-sell opportunities. Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries to aid retention of existing profitable clients. Support internal sales activities by recognizing referral opportunities and making appropriate product/service recommendations. Capable of opening new accounts, conversant in product capabilities and recommendations, and contributing to branch sales and service objectives. Responsibilities Act as a champion for clients and colleagues, delivering exemplary service. Partner with CNB colleagues across bank divisions to support client retention and promote appropriate solutions. Service client transactions as part of a cohesive unit, upholding branch operational integrity per management and bank policy, including cash handling responsibilities. Deliver all components related to new accounts, including account maintenance, service requests, and risk management. Profile clients during the new account process and identify cross-sell opportunities for CNB products and services. Support sales colleagues in building and maintaining branch client relationships. Collaborate with business partners to deliver solutions that grow client relationships. Recognize and recommend cross-selling opportunities to maximize profitability. Interact professionally with all levels of bank personnel, corporate and bank clients, demonstrating commitment to quality client service. Ensure decisions align with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, and that associated risk is effectively managed. Maintain collaboration with the City Loan Center (CLC) and sales partners. Comply with all bank operational and credit policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct). Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of cross-selling experience Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional Qualifications Working knowledge of bank operations, policies and procedures and regulatory compliance General knowledge of bank products and services Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize work Good problem-solving skills What’s in it for you?
