Role Description The Staff Accountant – Commercial Property Accounting (Yardi) is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing journal entries, reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, and month-end and year-end close. The Staff Accountant will help maintain accurate financial records for multiple commercial properties, support budgeting and forecasting, and prepare routine financial reports for management and ownership. Additional responsibilities include monitoring tenant accounts, supporting audit and tax preparation, and working closely with property management and leadership to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
