Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: Salary ranges from $136,822 to $179,379 per year, based on experience
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

What You'll Do

• Provide overnight trauma and emergency general surgery care in a Level II trauma center
• Perform assessments, order diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
• Manage inpatient trauma patients and support trauma surgeons in procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all care using Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and high patient safety standards
• Support ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives
• Handle complex cases independently, providing expert clinical judgment and patient management

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid ANCC certification
  • BLS certification
  • DEA registration
  • Board certification in relevant specialty
  • Active Colorado license or eligible for licensure
  • Minimum 2 years trauma or surgical ICU experience or completion of a surgical fellowship
• Preferred:
  • Experience working in Level II trauma centers
  • Advanced practice provider certifications
