Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure, confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, relational dynamics, and family contexts. Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Employ family systems therapy principles and systemic interventions to address issues such as communication barriers, relationship conflicts, and family stressors, assisting clients in restructuring their relational frameworks.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing active listening and empathetic engagement to navigate acute situations and ensure client safety.

• Maintain thorough and secure electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards to reflect treatment progress and observations.

• Educate clients on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and healthy coping mechanisms, equipping them with tools to enhance their relational dynamics.

• Collaborate with a virtual team of mental health professionals, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to deliver comprehensive care that bridges various specialties.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support individuals, couples, and families who are navigating various challenges, including but not limited to communication issues, stressors related to family dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
