Position Details

• Job Title: Leasing Consultant
• Location: Monroeville, PA 15146
• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
• Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays required

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents. You will showcase the community, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in a friendly, professional manner
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly
• Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and resident onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems
• Flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
