Join our client's dynamic team as an Invoicing Clerk and play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations within their packaging office. This contract-to-hire position offers an exciting opportunity to work onsite, handle medium-volume invoicing tasks, and contribute to a collaborative environment supporting key clients. Your expertise will help maintain precise records, reconcile invoices, and support their customer service efforts—making a real impact behind the scenes! Required Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Ability to create, verify, and maintain accurate invoices Strong organizational and communication abilities Experience with reconciliation of payments and invoices Ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries related to billing Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience with invoicing for manufacturing or packaging industries Knowledge of billing procedures and process improvement strategies Experience in report creation for management review Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Previous invoicing or accounting experience is highly desirable If you are ready to bring your invoicing expertise to a welcoming team and grow your career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
