Position Details

?? Pay: $20/hour
?? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
?? Assignment: 6 months
??? Parking: Paid parking available

We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join a busy accounting team for a 6-month temporary assignment! This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting, AP, AR, collections, or bookkeeping experience who is looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and competitive $20/hour pay.

What You'll Do

Assist with accounts receivable and collections, including following up on outstanding balances
Process and enter invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
Reconcile account information and research discrepancies
Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets
File and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation
Provide general accounting and administrative support
Handle other accounting duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Previous accounting, AP, AR, collections, or bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn accounting software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills
