Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions targeting areas including communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Team up with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, caregivers, and family members to develop unified care approaches.

Provide education to patients and their families to promote progress outside of therapy sessions.

Conduct occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care during the treatment process.

Ensure precise and timely documentation that adheres to organizational, state, and federal standards.

Engage in ongoing learning to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field through professional development and peer engagements.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for all age groups, with a solid grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
