Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you bring:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience supporting students in educational settings
- Skills in fine motor support and specialized feeding strategies
- Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Background in home health or broader healthcare OT is a plus
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and school staff
- Ability to develop and track individualized intervention plans
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized therapy plans targeting fine motor and feeding goals
- Provide direct OT services to students onsite and through teletherapy
- Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and progress notes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Deliver parent and teacher training for carryover of strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to student support plans
