Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in California
• Experience with school-based OT services preferred
• Solid background in feeding therapy for pediatric populations
• Skilled in fine motor assessment and intervention
• Previous roles in home health or teletherapy settings considered a plus
• Compassionate communicator able to engage with students, parents, and staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy interventions for school-aged children, emphasizing feeding, sensory processing, and fine motor skills
• Administer assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with school staff and families to maximize student participation and achievement
• Offer consultative guidance to teachers and caregivers
• Adapt therapy delivery between in-person and telehealth as necessary
