About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Associate VP for Community Planning Initiatives to lead the implementation of a 10-year strategic plan that aims to drive long-term impact within the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project management, including day-to-day execution, timeline management, and the delivery of key milestones. This role involves directing cross-departmental teams, tracking progress and outcomes, and maintaining a central project information repository. The Senior Associate VP will also be involved in internal and external stakeholder management, preparing progress updates, and supporting the development of communication plans. A minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, management consulting, or strategic initiative implementation is required, with a preference for those with a background in the Jewish community. Applicants for the Senior Associate VP position at the company should have a proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-year strategic initiatives and developing complex work plans with measurable outcomes. The role demands excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a PMP certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the Jewish community, culture, and traditions, and experience in preparing executive-level presentations and progress reports.
