Attorney - Workers Compensation Defense

A law firm seeks an attorney specializing in workers compensation defense in Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing efficient and effective legal representation. Responsibilities Represent clients in workers compensation defense cases. Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Attend hearings and negotiate settlements. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing. 0-10 years of experience in workers compensation defense. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
