Desktop Support Technician

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support. Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to travel between office locations and work onsite at least 4 days per week. Required Skills: Active Directory (2+ years): User/account management, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, login scripts, security, and permissions. PC Imaging (2+ years): Experience with Norton Ghost, Clonezilla, or FOG. Windows & Virtualization: Hyper-V VM deployment and Windows desktop support. Device Support: Microsoft Surface devices, Zebra/Dell rugged tablets, printer deployment, and Konica Minolta MFPs. ServiceNow: Incident management, asset management, dashboards, and reporting. Software Support: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Workday, and Windows applications. Endpoint Security: Experience with SentinelOne, Zscaler, PowerShell, and GPO deployments. General IT Support: Hardware/software troubleshooting, printer setup, asset management, and data migration. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Windows desktop support, Active Directory administration, imaging, and endpoint management experience in an enterprise environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Satwic Inc
