Desktop Support Technician

Downtown Los Angeles, CA (5 days onsite) We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on IT support in a fast‑paced enterprise environment. This role will focus on end‑user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, machine deployment, AV support, and white‑glove user interaction. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and end‑user support for hardware, software, and Office 365 environments Reimage and deploy machines using Windows Deployment Toolkit and Intune Support mobility management including iOS devices and Intune Provide AV, Zoom, and conference room/meeting support Assist with technical services projects, workstation setups, and user onboarding Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and endpoint issues Requirements 5+ years of experience in an IT/Desktop Support role Strong experience with Office 365 (Outlook Client & OWA) Experience with Windows imaging/deployment tools and Intune #J-18808-Ljbffr Co-nexus
