Connell Equipment Leasing Company (CELCO) is seeking a relationship-focused Sales Account Executive to support the continued growth of our material handling equipment remarketing business. This role serves as a trusted advisor to an established portfolio of customers while also developing new business relationships with organizations seeking quality off-lease material handling equipment solutions. What You'll Do Manage and maintain a large portfolio of strategic customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs. Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service. Develop a thorough understanding of customer operations and equipment needs, to provide effective solutions and support. Identify new opportunities to expand our existing customer base through new relationships across the United States. Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, and administration to ensure successful customer outcomes. Coordinate equipment solutions, customer requests, documentation, and account activity throughout the customer lifecycle. Maintain accurate account records, customer communications, and activity tracking within company systems. Represent CELCO with professionalism and integrity while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and business partners. What We're Looking For Three to five or more years of foundational and adaptable experience in client account management, customer relationship management, business development, equipment sales, upscale service environments, or related client-facing roles preferred. Some demonstrated experience managing customer relationships within the heavy equipment, construction, transportation, industrial equipment rental, or related industries is preferred. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts while delivering exceptional service, responsiveness, and long-term relationship management. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, are required, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish trust and credibility through consistent follow-through, sound judgment, professionalism, and industry expertise. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships, opportunities, and competing priorities simultaneously. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000–$95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other business considerations.
