Tamil Audio Recording Professional for AI Training

Role Overview

Produce high-fidelity Tamil audio that helps improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, natural, real-world speech data. This remote contract role focuses on delivering clean recordings that meet defined quality and formatting standards. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Record Tamil audio samples from provided scripts and guidelines using professional-grade equipment.
• Deliver clean, well-structured audio files for data-driven use.
• Maintain accurate pronunciation, intonation, natural fluency, and dialect awareness in each recording.
• Review recordings for quality and compliance with project standards.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and address ambiguities.
• Submit audio samples during the engagement process and promptly incorporate feedback.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Native Tamil proficiency with exceptional articulation and dialectical awareness.
• At least three years of professional audio-recording experience, preferably in media, broadcast, or educational settings.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot high-quality recording equipment and software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, error-free recordings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to feedback.
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict deliverable, quality, and file-format requirements.
• Experience contributing audio to language technology, e-learning, or voice-activated platforms is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Professional audio equipment is required and must be available during the interview.

Compensation

$10 to $30 per hour.
