Human Resources Generalist
A rapidly growing organization in the retail, entertainment, and hospitality sector is seeking a human resources professional to help support its expanding U.S. operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact across multiple locations and contribute to an engaging workplace culture. Human Resources Generalist Benefits & Compensation- Competitive base salary ($60,000-$70,000)

- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Analytical, resourceful, and eager to improve processes
- Quick learner with a passion for supporting employees across their career journey
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across multiple markets
- Create and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and postings that reflect company culture
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain employee records, audit HRIS systems, and ensure compliance with internal documentation
- Prepare reports, analyze HR metrics, and develop presentations or training materials
- Monitor employment laws and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
