EWC Growth is seeking an Assistant Manager in Burlington, MA to lead our front of house team and drive guest satisfaction. You will partner with the Center Sales Director to grow KPI's, sales, and customer loyalty while developing staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role is full-time, hourly, with compensation including hourly pay plus commissions and benefits.
