Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work predominantly from a remote setting while having the opportunity to meet clients at our outpatient office in Chicago. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients with mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions utilizing recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches to enhance client engagement and growth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and adapt treatment plans based on their progress and feedback throughout the treatment process.
• Provide teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for those who may face transportation challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain impeccable clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, showcasing our commitment to professionalism and accountability.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay current with emerging therapeutic practices and enhance your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults from various backgrounds, each bringing unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, establishing a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Exhibiting empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences fosters a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Proven organizational skills to manage caseload effectively, maintaining timely and accurate documentation for all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a private practice or outpatient setting, particularly with diverse populations facing a range of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience conducting virtual therapy sessions.
• Experience in working with specific client populations such as children, adolescents, and marginalized communities is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
