Exhibit Sales Development Representative

Our business is growing, sowe’re looking to hire an Exhibit Sales Development Representative to work out of our San Diego facility. This is an entry-level sales position, enabling you to start your career in the exciting event marketing industry. The ideal candidate is a true hunter—someone who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and building pipelines. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and connecting with potential clients. Primary Responsibilities You would be developing sales revenue pipeline opportunities from marketing-generated leads through lead management and qualification activities You would also originate your own new business sales pipeline opportunities through lead prospecting activities including contact discovery, cold calling and lead qualification activities Collaborate with the sales team members to create target prospecting lists, strategies and tactics for generating new business sales opportunities We would need you to hold yourself accountable for meeting assigned personal/professional goals & objectives Assist other exhibiTeam staff members on sales & marketing related projects to ensure timely and accurate deliverables You would be expected to represent exhibiTeam with pride, professionalism and enthusiasm Additional duties as assigned Qualifications You must have a minimum of one year's worth of experience working as a BDR/SDR Must live in San Diego County and are able to commute to and from our office location in the Miramar/Sorrento Valley area You have sold trade show exhibit solutions before or you have planned & managed exhibits as part of a marketing organization with a strong desire to move into a sales role Your bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is strongly preferred Strong sales prospecting, phone and communication skills are required Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus You are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and are able to work well individually and within a team atmosphere Additional Information ExhibiTeam offers paid holidays, paid sick leave, 401K program and health insurance benefits The ability to work from home when appropriate is available for this role Career advancement opportunities will be available to those who consistently excel at this role for an appropriate period of time Annual compensation for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 depending on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr exhibiTeam
