We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to safely and precisely operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery for a variety of tasks. Day Shift 4:00am – 12:30pm or Mid-Shift 12:00pm – 8:30pm available. Main Responsibilities Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality Requirements Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming Mechanical aptitude and good math skills A keen eye for detail and results‑driven approach Good communication abilities Proven experience as CNC operator a plus Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus Successfully completed apprenticeship is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and innovative work environment Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Physical & Mental Requirements Ability to work in a lab, manufacturing, or office environment May require lifting of components and tools up to 25 lbs Strong attention to detail and focus for prolonged periods Work Environment Standard office, lab, and manufacturing settings Exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment Safety protocols must be followed when working with high‑voltage components or machinery California Employment Compliance This position complies with all applicable California labor laws, including wage and hour laws, anti‑discrimination protections, and workplace safety requirements Employees in California are entitled to meal and rest breaks as mandated by state law This role complies with the California Fair Pay Act, ensuring equal pay for substantially similar work Reasonable accommodations will be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities as required under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) All personal employee data is handled in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) $19 - $22 #J-18808-Ljbffr
