We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to safely and precisely operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery for a variety of tasks. Shift: Day Shift (4:00am – 12:30pm) or Mid-Shift (12:00pm – 8:30pm) available. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and materials by programming and operating CNC machines to perform precise operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to following all safety protocols. Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling

Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings

Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function

Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts

Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming.

Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.

Proven experience as CNC operator a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; Successfully completed apprenticeship is a plus.
