California Licensed Junior Account Executive

To support a high-energy sales team, the full-time California Licensed Junior Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with mortgage loan brokers, make outbound calls, and collaborate with senior account executives in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Developing call scripts and follow-up methods while making a minimum number of outbound calls daily Generating new broker applications and providing solutions based on broker needs Collaborating with the Sr. Account Executive to create new business opportunities and adhere to performance metrics Required qualifications Self-starter with the ability to prospect new business independently Willingness to learn about mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures Technology savvy with a quick aptitude for new software Strong interpersonal skills for relationship development Team player committed to excellence and a positive work environment
