Based in our NYC Corporate Office (not remote) The E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the day-to-day logistics operations that support the company's e-commerce business. This role serves as the primary liaison between carriers, warehouses, stores, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient transportation, timely deliveries, cost-effective operations, and exceptional customer service. The position requires strong analytical skills, operational problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage shipments from warehouse & store fulfillment through final customer delivery, ensuring timely and accurate transportation. Coordinate with transportation providers, warehouses, stores, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping, delivery, and operational issues. Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce transportation costs, and enhance service levels. Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Build and maintain strong working relationships with domestic carriers, vendors, and logistics partners. Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions, claims, shipment discrepancies, and customer escalations. Review transportation reports and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Support store and warehouse operations by providing logistics reporting, shipment visibility, and operational analysis. Support to Review, validate, and approve carrier invoices while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with negotiated rates. Assist in carrier performance reviews, transportation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate logistics documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Support cross-functional teams on new logistics initiatives, system enhancements, and process implementations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in E-Commerce Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Distribution Operations. Experience working with parcel and LTL carriers within the United States. Knowledge of transportation operations, carrier management, and shipment tracking processes. Experience reviewing freight invoices and managing transportation costs. Familiarity with transportation contracts and carrier rate negotiations is preferred. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or ERP platforms is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
