Logistics Coordinator Job Type: Full Time; Non-Exempt Shift: 7am - 3:30pm Location: Ravena, NY Hourly Rate: $18.50/hr Our Logistics Coordinators process inbound orders from wholesale accounts, adjust inventory databases, conduct cycle counts, pick, package, and apply state compliance stickers to individual products, creating a seamless order fulfillment process. This role works in a fast-paced, team-driven environment as we expand our footprint in the cannabis wholesale market. Logistics Coordinators must multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities Assist with material counts, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records. Work directly with the Inventory Coordinator(s) to compare inventories to office records or compute figures from records such as production records or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory. In conjunction with the Inventory Coordinator(s), prepare reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages. Utilize BioTrack to ensure inventory records remain compliant with state rules and regulations. Assist with handling transfers and preparing manifests for delivery teams. Stock and issue materials or merchandise. Assist with all wholesale orders to include picking, packaging, counting, stickering, and scanning. Demonstrate a high level of detail and accuracy in all inventory-related tasks. Ensure accuracy in labeling and all product information. Act with integrity and honesty while promoting the culture and values of the company. Maintain a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or stressful situations while setting a positive example for the team. May perform duties in cultivation as needed or required. Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management. What You Will Bring High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Solid organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to tackle complex order fulfillment problems or complications to ensure proper support for wholesale partners. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computing skills including basic operating system knowledge, file organization, and general security best practices. Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match. Ability to think critically and solve problems without direction. High level of integrity and honesty. Strong mathematical skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rates, ratios, and percents; and draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning ability: apply common sense to instructions in written, oral, or diagram form; handle problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations. Even Better If 1 year of experience in a fast-paced order fulfillment or warehouse environment. Prior experience using Excel in a professional setting. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to climb ladders or crawl under low spaces. Ability to use a computer and look at a screen for long periods of time. Close vision (read small print at 20 inches or less).
