Logistics Coordinator

Location: New York, United States of America Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Duration: 4 months Onsite: 4 days a week, New York, NY Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, logistics, and material flow between vendors, warehouses, and fulfillment centers. Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturing vendors and transportation partners. Schedule, track, and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Support order processing, logistics coordination, and warehouse/distribution operations. Manage inventory levels, purchase supplies, and coordinate deliveries to vendors. Audit warehouse orders, inventory, and vendor compliance with operational standards and documentation requirements. Monitor vendor performance and issue chargebacks for non-compliance. Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports. Coordinate shipments for internal teams and ensure accurate tracking throughout the delivery process. Research logistics trends and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders. Support cross-functional operations and participate in special projects as needed. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, or order management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Experience with order management, shipment coordination, and customer service. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools such as Monday.com preferred. Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
