Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our global logistics team, to be based in our New York office. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of US logistics operations, ensuring our products move seamlessly through our supply chain and into the hands of our wholesale partners, retail stores, and e-commerce customers.

This is a role for someone who loves ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys solving problems before they become problems. You'll work across the business, build strong partnerships, and play a key role in keeping product moving across the US.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day execution of US logistics and fulfilment operations.
• Manage customer orders from allocation through to dispatch across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
• Partner with our 3PL providers to ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and service excellence.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Finance, Retail, Merchandise Planning, and E-commerce to keep product flowing efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and fulfilment performance to support business demand.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, ASNs, price ticket requests, invoice reconciliation, and operational issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve chargebacks, vendor disputes, and fulfilment discrepancies.
• Build reporting and monitor logistics KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support new store openings and contribute to future logistics projects and network expansion.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, or a similar operations role.
• Experience working with 3PL providers and warehouse distribution models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and Excel reporting tools.
• Experience within fashion, retail, consumer goods, or a similar industry is highly regarded.
• Experience with US fulfilment or international logistics is advantageous.
• Must have full US working rights.

Salary: USD $70,000-$80,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday
