Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery Process and follow up on customer orders to ensure satisfaction Utilize critical thinking to resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer orders Maintain a pleasant phone manner during all customer interactions Conduct internet searches as needed for logistics planning and problem-solving Execute accurate data entry to maintain customer and logistics records Utilize computer research skills to identify and implement logistics solutions Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth logistics operations Use problem-solving skills to overcome logistics challenges Must have good communication skills with a pleasant phone manner. Proficiency in internet searching is required. Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy. Critical thinking skills are essential in order to solve logistical issues.
