The Role We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Midtown Manhattan. You'll own sales order entry, manage POE and FOB China direct orders from placement through delivery, and handle routing so shipments hit every retailer's compliance requirements on time. This is a hands‑on role at the center of our operation — perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who's ready to take on real ownership and grow with us. What You'll Do Enter and manage sales orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment Manage POE (Port of Entry) and FOB China direct orders — tracking production timelines, shipment milestones, and delivery windows Route orders through retailer routing guides and portals, ensuring on‑time, compliant shipments Coordinate with warehouses & carriers to keep orders moving Support fellow Logistics team members with order management, documentation, and day‑to‑day operations Flag delays and discrepancies early and help drive them to resolution What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import operations — ideally managing POE and/or FOB China direct orders Experience with sales order entry and retailer routing (routing guides, EDI, or retailer portals a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines A team‑first attitude — you jump in to support colleagues without being asked Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new systems (ERP experience a plus) Clear, professional communication with internal teams and external partners Why G Mason Group Competitive salary: $55,000 – $65,000, based on experience High‑visibility role on a lean team — your work directly impacts major retail programs Room to grow as our brands and volume expand Collaborative office in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, steps from Penn Station *G Mason Group is an equal opportunity employer.
