Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. has its headquarters in Manhattan, New York.Monsieur Touton Selection, already a leader in the industry, is experiencing growth.Position Overview: Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is currently seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for handling all receiving processes, working directly with freight forwarders, custom brokers, warehouses and Touton Purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate inbounds.Qualifications: Bachelors degree; minimum of 2 years of experience in handling logistics (coordination of imported freight), freight forwarder or wine importer a plus. Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and interpersonal skills. Experience with MS Dynamics Nav preferred.Responsibilities:Process domestic and international inbounds for timely receipt at various warehouse locationsMonitor status of open inbound orders, properly communicating delays and exceptions to Purchasing DeptEnsure receipt accuracy (PO, bill of lading, warehouse receipts, etc.) while complying with all regulations and requirementsReview and process all freight forwarder, customs broker and delivery billsResolve discrepancies with vendors and communicate with Accounting DeptPrepare daily and weekly status reports for in-house Purchasing teamAssist with resolving warehouse and outbound logistics issuesProcess various warehouse movements and inventory adjustmentsPerform other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periodssitting at a desk and working on a computer.Diversity is a core value at Monsieur Touton Selection.
