Front desk assistant helping patients to check in the office and checking them out, approximately 20-40 patients a day. Updating medical records. Preparing forms for the following day. Scanning documents, sending and receiving emails.
Scheduling, confirming, reminding patients of their appts, and keeping up with the online communications with the existing patients: texts, emails, calls.
