Working remotely from Nevada, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of calls daily. Key responsibilities: Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries from members, clients, and facilities Provide personalized attention and support to ensure customer satisfaction Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop within the role Required qualifications: Must currently reside in Nevada 1 year of call center experience 6 months of customer service experience Proficiency in both English and Spanish Basic typing and computer skills with a reliable high-speed internet connection
