Job Description:

The Contract Corporate Recruiter will manage recruiting activities across multiple departments and job functions, guiding candidates through the hiring process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate selection. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand staffing priorities, identify qualified talent, and keep the recruitment process organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple open positions across various departments and job functions.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps, and maintain consistent contact with candidates.
• Move qualified candidates through the recruitment process and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, manage competing priorities, and meet hiring deadlines.
• Provide a professional and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Work Arrangement: Onsite during training, with potential to transition to a hybrid schedule
