  • Participate in specimen collection and preparation processes as necessary to ensure efficient testing.
  • Meticulously document all procedures, assist in training new personnel or students, and strive to uphold the highest lab quality standards.
  • Keep your work environment pristine and safe, while complying with all regulatory and accreditation norms.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certification Expectations
  • Obtain your ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
  • Maintain your certification as a condition of continued employment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.
