Project Controls Analyst (Rocklin/Chico Area)

This role is for a Project Controls Analyst who will be a key member of the Project Management Team, ensuring every project runs on time, on budget, and with clear risk management. Must be local to the Rocklin/Chico area and attend the office regularly as needed. Responsibilities • Perform client management, interface, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. • Partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost and risks, providing mitigation and opportunity strategies. • Monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours. • Create client and internal status reports that communicate schedule status and identify the critical path. • Develop and maintain productive cross‑discipline relationships within the project team. Qualifications 3–4 years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting. Preferable experience in construction and on complex projects of $25 million and above. Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with engineering, project management, and construction teams. Ability to explain variances, delays, and track and monitor contractor schedules. Cost analysis and SAP experience is a bonus. Benefits & Compensation The base salary range for this position is $89,100 to $119,000.
