Inspection Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Inspection Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage scheduling and coordination of residential solar inspections, ensuring project readiness and tracking results across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities Schedule and coordinate residential solar inspections with municipalities and inspectors Track projects from initial inspection scheduling through final approval, documenting results and required actions Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and coordinate corrections for failed inspections Required qualifications Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or construction administration Residential solar or construction experience strongly preferred Experience managing a high volume of projects or appointments Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments
