Director of Partnerships

Leading the Partnerships & Strategic Alliances function, the full-time remote Director of Partnerships will manage a team, develop partnership strategies, and oversee high-value relationships while driving annual partner bookings goals. Key responsibilities: Own overall strategy and targets for the partnerships portfolio, including White Label and Referral partnerships Manage relationships with top-tier Strategic Partners, leading negotiations and serving as the senior point of contact Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate partnership strategies into the company's go-to-market approach Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales, preferably in a SaaS environment 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex partner agreements Experience in building or scaling a partner program or tiering strategy Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
