Director OF Strategic Partnerships

Leading strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Growth will manage market expansion and capture knowledge-based services within the Department of War, focusing on high-end consulting and engineering advisory services. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies for the Department of War, identifying and shaping new opportunities aligned with company capabilities Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, representing the company in customer meetings and industry events Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to drive informed decision-making and develop actionable capture plans Required Qualifications Must be able to obtain Secret level security clearance 12-15+ years of relevant experience in federal business development or leadership within the DoD/DoW, with a focus on the US Army Acquisition community 3+ years of experience developing business development strategies that resulted in significant growth in government engineering services Extensive experience in portfolio development and driving growth through innovative solutions tailored to complex mission requirements Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment
