About the Role As a Private Duty LVN with Cheer Health Care, you will deliver high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Skilled Clinical Care: Provide exceptional hands-on care, including wound care, medication management, and the ongoing monitoring of chronic conditions. Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with physicians, rehabilitation services, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, comprehensive care. Client & Family Education: Educate clients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and wellness strategies to ensure clear understanding and peace of mind. Meticulous Documentation: Maintain highly organized, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of all care provided. Current, unrestricted California LVN license Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Health experience preferred Proof of Negative TB result Physical Screening Documentation within the last year Current BLS certification Valid California drivers License and insurance Cell phone with internet access Cheer Offers: Hourly Rate: $35-$50, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
