They enjoy problem solving in a fast-paced environment based in Atlanta./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAudit, review, and reconcile Restaurant, International and Support Center payrolls on a weekly basis/liliDistribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists Coordinators/liliAssist in the training of Payroll Specialists Coordinators/liliMaintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails and tickets/liliExecute all payroll processes while complying with local, state, and federal laws and regulations/liliRun and analyze payroll audits reporting/liliProcess end to end payroll while coordinating with team members globally/liliProcess complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Merges)/liliAssist with research and resolution of payroll related matters/liliDocument and maintain best practices for payroll processing and implement new procedures as needed/liliAct as Payroll subject matter expertise across payroll processes and payroll compliance/liliMaintain documentation and SOPs for all payroll processes/liliExecute end to end Payroll testing/liliSupport international payroll processing/liliSupport Payroll tax processes/liliMaintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll/HR-related items/liliInteract professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests/liliWork closely with HR and business teams, including but not limited to Benefits, Compliance, HR Transformation, Organization, Change Management, Operations, Accounting and Finance/liliComplete ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by leadership/li/ulh3Education Experience Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliUndergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred/liliPayroll processing experience required/liliExperience with Workday preferred/li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities/h3ulliStrong computer skills/liliIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/liliExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills/liliStrong organizational skills with great attention to detail/liliAbility to use sound judgement and maintain confidentiality of information/liliExperience working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented culture and meets critical deadlines/liliAbility to work in a highly structured team environment/liliAbility to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures/liliAbility to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations/li/ulpInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arbys, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin, Jimmy Johns, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
