Education Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing certification must be maintained throughout your tenure.
