About the Role: The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, science-driven startup. You will manage key administrative operations while contributing to strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional communication, helping increase the efficiency and effectiveness for the Head of Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and schedules for the Head of Partnerships
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
• Support strategic and operational projects driven for the Head of Partnerships
• Assist in managing company priorities, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain the CRM database with new leads, updates, and tasks
• Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination
• Improve internal processes, tools, and operational workflows
• Draft and edit communication materials for internal leadership and external partners
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role in a fast-growing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience supporting senior leadership and managing cross-functional tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
• Bonus: Experience in health-tech, biotech, or science-focused environments
