This is a full-time, on-site position in Casper, Wyoming

What You'll Do
- Primarily provides administrative support to an Executive Partner(s) on tasks as requested.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and business functions, ensuring that facilities, services, and budgets are managed efficiently.
- Manage assigned social media platforms, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Handle multi-channel communications such as email, phone, and social media to ensure seamless coordination.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed promptly, and operations run smoothly.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative challenges ("puts out fires") to keep business processes on track.
- Prepare and test business leads before meetings with management.
- Assist with reviewing and understanding real estate contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support in the administrative and marketing tasks surrounding real estate transactions, such as organizing documents, coordinating contract finalization and coordinating advertisements/promotional content.
- Work with financial data and calculation models to assist with real estate transactions and reports.
- Establish and maintain files of correspondence, reports, contracts and other documents of a highly technical nature, uses sound judgment in handling information and material of a confidential nature.
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and other individuals inside and outside the company, exhibits a professional and courteous manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
What We're Looking For
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
- A high school diploma or equivalent education with four to five (4-5) years of business-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions professionally.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
